In my opinion, the English couse V was quite useful because it does not focus so much on grammar of the language, but on tools for our personal and professional development within the work area, specifically. This is very important, because ir prepares us for a future employment abroad and within the country. The only thing I would change is timeliness for delivery of the notes.

I felt that despite seeing other subjects that require equal time and effort, my dedication was 10. It's my first time seeing a virtual subject and I found it very useful.

    Doing the simulation discussion was pretty fun and I think it is a very useful tool for us to use in our future work as professionals, highlighting the ongoing importance of technology and facilities that this gives us.    

    The hardest part was to agree to meet to record the video, because our schedules did not coincide, but in the end we could achieve with separate videos and deliver on the spot date. The nicest part was meeting new people within the university. 

Use of social Media in the workplace

There are some important aspects we can consider about the social media, before deploying in our workplace. In my opinion, social media has their pros and cons, which can be:

• Social media helps to make employees feel heard and can assist to reduce rivalry between them within the work environment. Also, communication is promoted by using effective tools, allowing the exchange of ideas and solutions to the conflicts. 
• It has been found that the interaction with social media helps productivity on the employees, and help to exploit their full potential. If they complement the resources they have and the interactions with social media, they can deliver a better work. 
• It's important to consider that the use of the social media also have their cons. For example, care should be taken with the hackers; it's important to protect your private network domains. Also, the information that the employees published must be monitored, avoiding that they publish any confidential information. They should develop clear policies.

Writing a Résume

Before starting, I have to say that in my opinion, writing a résume was a difficult activity, because I was worried about my  work experience, which I don't have. In my résume, I must correct some things like mistakes in gramatic, estructure, the order of the different points, for example, I didn't write de zip code. For me, the hardest part of writing a résume is find which of your skills are related with the job that you're looking for.
